Local Agent collection
OpManager instances reported by Local Agents. The cloud never connects to these private addresses — the agent collects locally and pushes outbound.

Credential handling
Enforced platform rules.
- API keys are submitted once, encrypted at rest, and only readable by trusted server-side functions.
- Read models expose only whether a key is configured — there is no “show API key”.
- Saving never marks an instance connected; only a successful server-side test can.
